Websphere MQ Probe

The WebSphere MQ enables the applications to communicate within the organization network. The WebSphere MQ consists of a messaging queue, which is an application program, for sharing messages between applications. The WebSphere MQ also contains queue managers (QMs) for managing multiple message queues and other related components.
The WebSphere MQ Monitoring probe is a local probe and installed on the same system where the WebSphere MQ is installed. The probe discovers the available QMs with their corresponding messaging queues and channels for monitoring the following parameters:
  • Queue managers
  • Queues
  • Channels

  • Note: The probe can monitor both local and system queues.
The probe supports the WebSphere MQ versions 7.5.x (Tested on 7.5.0.3) and 7.0.x (Tested on 7.0.1.10) on RHEL 5.x(64bit) & RHEL6.x(64bit)
