Set the ‘support_SHA1’ parameter to FALSE, to prohibit the rsp probe from connecting to or monitoring remote machines having SSH server configured with SHA1 encryption.

- Updated this probe as part of removing dependency on the end-of-life (EOL) Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable in CA UIM 9.0.2.
